Shipping Information

Orders placed in our online shop are dispatched within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends) of receiving payment. We will inform you by email when your order has been sent along with all shipment details and will contact you by email to confirm it’s safe arrival. all orders will require a signature on delivery.

Due to so many different weights and heights and sizes, Original artwork shipping costs will be issued on placement of order. We will email or phone with the appropriate details.

All online orders within Australia are shipped via Express Post. The artwork will arrive, safely rolled in a tube. Delivery times are out of our control but typically are 1-3 days.

Overseas orders will be quoted freight once the order is placed.

Return Policy

If for any reason you are not happy with your order we are happy to refund your money once the order has been safely received back by us. Packaging, insurance and freight is at the expense of the buyer returning the painting to us.

Commissions

We are delighted to accept commissions. Please email us with your request so that we can review and discuss this with you. We require a 50% deposit to secure the order and balance before the painting is shipped.

Payment

All orders are paid at time of placement via our secure online order facility.
